At Minnie Buds, every piece is handcrafted and carefully checked before it leaves us. Because many of our outfits are hand-embroidered or made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, size preference or colour variation.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
If something is not right with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel on WhatsApp (0322 4428530) or at info@minniebuds.com.
- Share your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.
- Keep the item unused, unwashed and with its original tags and packaging.
Our team will review your request and cooperate with you on the best solution, which may include repair, replacement of the faulty item, or another fair resolution agreed with you.
Please note
- Slight differences in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography; these are not considered faults.
- Hand embroidery may have small natural variations, which make each piece unique.
- Customized or personalised orders are made especially for you and can only be reviewed for manufacturing faults.
